Ren De Foundation: AGM & Election of 2nd Committee

仁德教育基金会员大会与第2届理事

 

 

Ren De Foundation was formed as a project of HIOSA in 2003.  For better governance of the fund, HIOSA has registered Ren De Foundation with the Registry of Societies in September 2013

 

圣婴校友会于2003成立了仁德教育基金，为了能够更透明和有效地治理基金的财务，仁德教育基金(Ren De Foundation)于2013年9月正式注册成为一个社团。基金将由基金的委员会管理。

 

On August 12, 2015, Ren De Foundation held its first annual general meeting since its inauguration.  During the meeting, 14 members were elected to form its 2nd committee.  The following composition of Ren De Foundation’s 2nd Committee is as follow:
