About Us

The Holy Innocents’ Old Students’ Association (hereafter referred to as HIOSA) was registered as a society with the Registry of Society on August 2, 1979.

The inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) of HIOSA was held on January 20, 1980.  Eighteen members were elected to form the first Executive Committee (EXCO) of HIOSA.  The event was witnessed by Fr. Peter Lu, the Principal of Holy Innocents’ High School.  Mr. Chua Kin Siang was elected as the President of the first EXCO of HIOSA.

Our Mission

“To foster a vibrant relationship with our alma mater and the wider Holy Innocents’ (HI) alumni community.”

This can be achieved through promoting the interests of our members and our alma mater (HIHS and HIPS).  As an alumni society, HIOSA strives to promote the interests of its stakeholders by providing appropriate platforms for all to socialize, build networks, improve connectivity and exchange ideas through a multitude of recreational, academic, social and cultural activities.

Our Objectives

1.     To promote friendship, understanding and co-operation amongst the members.

2.     To promote physical, cultural and general well-being of the members.

3.     To provide opportunity for the exchange of ideas and views amongst the members.

4.     To assist in every way possible the development of the Alma Mater (HIHS & HIPS).
