Pay Tribute to HIHS’ Pioneer Generation

向圣婴中学的建国一代致敬

 

On August 6, 2015, HIHS held its national day and SG50 celebration.  In conjunction of this auspicious occasion, the school ups the ante of the celebration by paying tributes to its Pioneer Generation of former staff whom has contributed to the development and progress of the school.

 

今年的国庆日有多重意义，圣婴中学在8月6日举行国庆日与SG50的同时，并没有忘记前辈们对学校所做的付出和贡献，因此也同时举行一个表扬建国一代的庆祝与纪念会。

 

To make the event more meaningful, the school invited HIOSA members and other alumni to present a memento to the pioneer generations who taught or served them during their school days.  In total, twenty three former staffs of HIHS were honored in a simple yet solemn celebration at the school hall:

 

为了使建国一代的纪念会更具意义，母校邀请圣婴校友会会员和校友参与纪念会，并且由没有味校友颁发一枚纪念奖座给曾经教过或服务过的建国一代老师、校长或职员。当天，校友代表母校颁发了奖座给下列23名师长和前辈：
